The Skylon Tower entertaining and dining complex includes two great dining rooms overlooking the falls, an indoor/outdoor observation deck providing views of the Falls from 775 feet, an amusement area, a fun centre and a 4D Theatre. The view from the tower is truly one of a kind. The dining experience allows you to choose from the buffet, or an a la carte dining room. Dress code is tourist casual (reservations required for dining – same day is usually fine!).

Cette longue promenade est au bord de l'un des rapides blancs le plus long du monde. Il se trouve 4 km nord des chutes, le long de la ligne de bus. Vous prendrez un ascenseur pour descendre 70 mètres puis marchez le long d'un tunnel 73 mètres long, qui vous amène à la promenade qui est 305 mètres de longueur. The Whirlpool Aero Car was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo and has been in operation since 1916. The cable car is suspended from 6 sturdy cables and offers a wonderful view of the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly and the water turns counter-clockwise and escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge. This attraction is NOT wheelchair accessible. This breathtaking attraction is family friendly and a round trip of 1km takes about 10 minutes to navigate.
Marineland is located just 2 miles down the road from our campground. Visitors will enjoy amazing performances by dolphins, walruses, sea lions, and beluga whales. You can also see a killer whale up close! Marineland in Niagara Falls has been open since 1961. There is a variety of rides and attractions including roller coasters, spinning rides, swing rides, a Ferris wheel and the sky screamer ‘drop zone’ style ride. There is food available at the park and also picnic areas where you can relax and pull out your own cooler.

In 1782 the British Government purchased the land from the Mississauga Natives for “300 suits of clothing” and in 1792 Newark, as NOTL was named by the Governor of Simcoe became the first capital of the newly-created colony of Upper Canada. After being burnt to the ground by the Americans during the war of 1812 it was rebuilt and became an active commercial centre with busy shipping and a ship-building industry. Today NOTL is home to Fort George, the Historical Society Museum, the Shaw Festival (three theatres), the marina, Niagara Jetboat Tours, the heritage shopping area, golf courses, parks, beautiful farmland, and the world famous Niagara Wineries.

Located in Queenston, the restored home of rebel publisher William Lyon Mackenzie reveals 500 years of printing technology, amid the authentic ambiance of a period print shop. Rarest in the museum's collection is the Louis Roy Press, oldest in Canada and one of the few original wooden presses remaining in the world! A hands-on experience is encouraged with a working linotype and 8 operating heritage presses. This historic building is not wheelchair accessible. Queenston Heights Park is home to Sir Isaac Brock’s Monument and Laura Secord Monument. Nestled high atop the Niagara Escarpment, this is the birthplace of Niagara Falls - garden and nature lovers, hikers and picnickers have used this park for generations. Facilities include two picnic pavilions, washrooms, children's splash pad, tennis courts, a band shell, snack bar, children's playground and fine dining at Queenston Heights Restaurant with its award-winning VQA wine cellar. Queenston Heights Park is also a terminus point of the Bruce Trail, which winds it way northward over several hundred kilometers to Tobermory.
